The Falcon Steakhouse is a traditional Cotswold Steakhouse located in the picturesque town of Wotton-under-Edge, the heart of the Southern Cotswolds. We use the finest cuts of carefully selected beef, hung for 28 days, including beef sourced from our family farm within only a few miles from our kitchen door.
